Based on papers filed by Sugarman Rogers’ William Boesch, a superior court judge has dismissed a widow’s claim that the accountant for her late husband’s estate improperly assisted the executor, her stepson, in depriving her of her rightful share of income and assets from the estate. The court agreed with William’s argument that any claim against the accountant was barred by the statute of limitations, as the events recited in the complaint clearly would have put the widow on notice of the essential facts more than three years before she filed suit. |
