Srish Khakurel is an associate in the Business Disputes and Real Estate Litigation groups, where he handles a broad range of litigation matters and business disputes. Srish’s prior litigation experience and effective communication skills give him a well-rounded perspective to provide counsel that meets each client’s specific business goals. Before joining Sugarman Rogers, Srish was selected as a Lawyers for Civil Rights legal fellow where he focused on civil rights impact litigation. His legal fellowship allowed him to provide free legal support to individuals, families, and small businesses in partnership with law firms and community allies. Srish was previously an associate in the Boston office of a global firm handling a range of litigation and enforcement matters. He was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable George O’Toole, Jr., in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Srish served as a senior editor on the Boston College Law Review and was inducted to the Order of the Coif on graduating. He earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity College, Phi Beta Kappa, and was named the President’s Fellow of International Studies. Fluent in Nepali, Srish was a freelance editor in Nepal for several years before law school. He is also proficient in Hindi. Srish is an avid cook in his free time and enjoys experimenting with Western, East-Asian, and South-Asian culinary techniques and ingredients. |
