For directions to our office, click here for a map or scroll down for detailed directions. Please note, our building has entrances on both Merrimac Street and Portland Street. The garage entrance is on the Merrimac Street side and can be accessed by coming up Lancaster Street.
PARKING TIP: In addition to the 101 Merrimac Street garage, there are also surface parking lots on Lancaster Street and around the corner on Friend Street, along with garages at Government Center and North Station (TD Garden).
From the Massachusetts Turnpike
- Travel I-90 (Mass Pike) and follow signs for 93N to Boston (Exit 24B). Enter 93N tunnel.
- Take Exit 26 – Cambridge/Storrow Drive (2nd exit inside the tunnel).
- As you exit, stay in left lane and follow signs for North Station. (You will be traveling towards the right.)
- Go straight through the signal – heading toward the TD Garden. Pass Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital on your left. At end (blinking signal), turn left. There will be a parking garage on your right and entrance to TD Garden parking garage on your left.
- Continue straight towards the signal. (If you intend to park in the 101 Merrimac underground garage, get in the left-hand turn lane; make a left onto Causeway Street and an immediate 1st right onto Lancaster Street. Go to the end and the garage entrance will be on your left.)
- As you go through the signal, this is Merrimac Street and Sugarman Rogers in 101 Merrimac Building, 9th floor.
From the South (Route 93)
- Travel Route 93 North
- Take Exit 26 – Cambridge/Storrow Drive (2nd exit inside the tunnel).

From the North (Route 1)
- Travel Route 1 South over Tobin Bridge
- Stay in left lane going into tunnel to Route 93 South
- Take Exit 24A (Government Center). After exiting, stay right and proceed to the traffic light
- Turn right on Congress – if you continue straight, it will become Merrimac Street
- Sugarman Rogers is in the 101 Merrimac building on right hand side.
- To reach the underground parking garage at 101 Merrimac, continue past our building and at the first signal take a right and then an immediate 1st right onto Lancaster Street. Go to the end and the garage entrance will be on your left.
From the North (Route 93)
- Travel 93 South
- Take Exit 24A (Government Center). After exiting, stay right and proceed to the traffic light

- Sugarman Rogers is in the 101 Merrimac building on right hand side.

Taking the MBTA to Sugarman Rogers:
Take Orange Line, Green Line or Commuter Rail to North Station:
Orange Line
- Take the escalator or stairs up to the “Valenti Way” exit (not the Causeway exit)
- Walk down Valenti Way, crossing Canal Street and Friend Street
- Take a right onto Portland Street
- Sugarman Rogers is in the 101 Merrimac Building on the left hand side of Portland Street, just after West End Johnnie’s restaurant and Au Bon Pain.
Green Line
- Take the escalator or stairs up to “Valenti Way” exit (not the Causeway exit)

- Take a right onto Portland Street

Commuter Rail
- After debarking the train at North Station, walk into TD Garden building
- As you exit the building, cross Causeway Street
- Proceed to Portland Street (7-11 on one corner and Bank of America ATM on other corner)
- Sugarman Rogers is in the 101 Merrimac Building (halfway down the block with an entrance on Portland Street.
