Featured Flourish

William has over 25 years of trial and appellate experience in Massachusetts, other New England state and federal courts, and beyond. He advises insurance companies and policyholders in complex coverage matters, and represents insurers in coverage and bad-faith litigation in the trial courts and on appeal. He also represents accountants, lawyers and other professionals in malpractice cases, and helps individuals and businesses with disputes about technology, intellectual property, and other complex matters.

William’s excellence as a counselor and litigator comes from being genuinely attentive and accessible to his clients, from analytical and organizational skill, from lucidity, creativity and sensitivity as a legal writer and strategist, and from passion and clear-headed focus in the courtroom.
