Tony Doniger presents at BBA/WBA program “Rainmakers: Born or Bred?” |
Date: October 21, 2014 |
Event |
Sugarman Rogers partner Tony Doniger joins an all-star panel at the program “Rainmakers: Born or Bred?” on October 21, presented by the Women’s Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Law firms have for years trained attorneys on business-development skills and tactics. A recent ground-breaking study, however, suggests that receiving such teaching is unlikely to make a difference in whether a lawyer succeeds as a “rainmaker.” The panelists in this program, including Tony, will discuss the results of the study, examine how firms can make meaningful changes in their business-development training, and provide perspectives and insights on the characteristics that help lawyers develop business. |
