Sugarman Rogers partner Lisa Goodheart joins a panel of seasoned litigators, along with their clients, to discuss best litigation practices to achieve social change. The program, “Lessons Learned in Public Interest Litigation and How to Find Your Next Pro Bono Opportunity,” will be hosted by the Boston Bar Association on December 9th from 12:30-1:30. Attorneys from private practice and non-profit organizations will discuss their lessons learned to assist clients in effectively accessing the judicial system. Speakers will discuss how to work well with client groups, determine which issues to raise, and overcome challenges facing public interest litigators. The moderator will present opportunities for future pro bono litigation.
