Tony concentrates his practice on complex business, probate, domestic relations, and professional-liability litigation. He has extensive experience in the Massachusetts trial and appellate courts, where he regularly represents clients in commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, professional-malpractice cases, and complex domestic-relations suits. Tony is a certified Massachusetts mediator and an experienced arbitrator. He is frequently selected by parties and lawyers to mediate high-stakes commercial, professional-liability, and domestic-relations disputes. Likewise, in these and other categories he is often retained by parties and appointed by the Massachusetts courts to arbitrate complex cases and to serve as a special master. Tony’s clients include major national and international corporations, non-profit institutions and associations, and individuals engaged in manufacturing, banking, technology, real estate, the arts, investment, and professional services. Tony is a past president of the Boston Bar Association. He has been a visiting lecturer in law at the Babson College Graduate School of Business Administration, and a visiting instructor in the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Program. He also frequently lectures for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and local bar associations on matters of trial practice and evidence. |
