Sugarman Rogers is delighted to announce Widmaier Charles has joined the firm as an associate. Widmaier’s practice centers on business disputes, insurance and reinsurance matters, and real estate litigation. Before joining the firm, Widmaier served as a law clerk to Justice Ariane D. Vuono at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He began his legal career as an assistant attorney general at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and also served as a special assistant district attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Widmaier attained his real estate broker license and spent several years in the commercial real estate industry. “We are excited to have Widmaier at the firm,” said Managing Partner Christine M. Netski. “He has a strong civil litigation background and excellent business insights from his time in commercial real estate that will serve our clients very well.” Widmaier earned his law degree from New England Law | Boston and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College. He is licensed in Massachusetts and New York. Widmaier is a member of the Massachusetts Law Review Board of Editors. |
