Mark A. Magrath
With over ten years of litigation paralegal experience, Mark works closely with the firm’s attorneys in a variety of cases, including environmental, products liability and professional malpractice matters. He has significant expertise in managing electronic discovery, including processing, review and production of large volumes of documents in complex cases. He also performs legal research, assists in preparing for and conducting depositions and trials, drafts pleadings, and analyzes depositions, medical records, and other discovery materials. Mark is the primary paralegal working on all aspects of the firm’s mass tort cases, including investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
Before joining Sugarman Rogers, Mark served as the lead paralegal for the asbestos litigation practice group at another firm in Boston.
