Kati heads the firm’s marketing and business-development programs, communications, and practice-group strategic initiatives.
As the director of marketing and business development, Kati works closely with the firm’s managing partner and executive committee on overseeing matters relating to firm branding, public relations, digital marketing including website, social media and video, as well as attorney professional development. She is co-chair of the firm’s website committee, and a member of its technology committee. Kati is also a member of the firm’s pro bono committee, a committee that strives to maintain the firm’s legendary commitment to pro bono legal work, and provides strategic direction to those interested in participating in civic engagement.
Kati has over fifteen years of experience in marketing for professional-services firms. She is a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and serves as chair of its digital marketing and social media group for the New England region. She is also a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), and served on their information management content coordinating team. Kati is a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA), where she has made presentations on topics including how to build a successful practice group, marketing and technology best practices, and use of social media within the legal industry.
