Sugarman Rogers associate Ken Thayer participated in a Massachusetts Bar Association program, “Effective Use of Demonstrative Evidence in Business Litigation Cases” panel alongside Judge Kenneth Salinger of the Massachusetts Superior Court and Brian Carney of the litigation-support company WIN Interactive. This program will cover the legal standards that govern the use of demonstrative evidence, and the various types of demonstrative evidence available for use in business cases. It will also feature insights on best practices for getting your demonstratives admitted at trial (and excluding your opponent’s demonstrative evidence) and using technology effectively to persuade your judge or jury. Finally, the program will also include some real-world examples of effective demonstratives, and related tips. For more information and to register for the program, please click here. |
