Sugarman Rogers partner William Boesch, chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, is among the legal experts quoted in a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article this week entitled “After ‘personal’ online attack, lawyer hits back.” The article discusses the Goren v. Ripoff Report case, in which a lawyer who was the subject of an incendiary “review” on a consumer website by a former litigation opponent seeks to use copyright law to take down the posting, where more orthodox claims have failed. |
