Tim represents a variety of businesses and individuals in insurance and business litigation matters. “We are delighted to have Tim join our thriving insurance and business disputes practices,” said Managing Partner Christine Netski. “He will be an incredible asset in helping us meet the growing needs of our clients in these areas.” Tim comes to the firm with experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage issues, and insurance defense. Before joining Sugarman Rogers, he was an associate with prominent national and regional firms in Virginia. Tim earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.S. in Economics and Business, with minors in Mathematics and Physics, from Randolph-Macon College.
