Today, March 1, 2018, the Attorney General announced a dedicated webpage with guidance and resources on the updated Massachusetts Equal Pay Act (“MEPA”), which goes into effect on July 1, 2018. The updated MEPA requires that employees be paid equally for comparable work regardless of gender.
