Featured Flourish

Gwen concentrates her practice in complex business, employment, real-estate and product-liability litigation, and related advice and counseling.

Gwen advises manufacturers and other business clients on contractual negotiations involving supply and purchasing agreements and other transactions. And she has successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes before both federal and state judiciaries.

Likewise, Gwen counsels business and individual clients on employment issues in an effort to reduce the risk of future litigation. She has assisted private post-secondary institutions with employment matters and investigations related to Title IX. And she routinely handles suits for wrongful termination, breach of contract, and other employment and civil-rights issues.

Gwen emphasizes establishing close working relationships with her clients, and is valued for her listening skills and her dedication to earning the trust of others with whom she works.

Gwen frequently serves as pro bono counsel to victims of domestic violence through the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project and the Volunteer Lawyers Project. In 2015, she was selected as part of the “Women’s Leadership Initiative,” a Women’s Bar Association program that provides “rising star” lawyers with opportunities to work with their role models and with one another to build networks and further careers.
